That fellow Cap'n Barnacle is most certainly a terrifyng sort to say the least. My family and I were having a picnic, just the five of us and some delicious Dudleys on Coopfer Beach, when he came up to us. It would've been fine by me if he wasn't bottomless at the time. When I objected to him waving his privates in my family's face, he responded by driving our station wagon off the wharf. So please, watch out for this man - it may seem funny that he's talking the way he's talking, but believe me - he'll back it up but good.

: Shit man, did anyone else read the police blotter in this week's Fishwrapper? Cap'n Barnacle wasn't kidding. He beat the crap out of that crabcart guy and smashed up half of the carts by the time the cops got there. They had him locked up, but he made bail and disappeared. They think he slipped out to sea on a tuna boat. Man, just turn him loose on Long John Silvers!
