Hello Roy. I've been to wear you are from (Philly) and so I know what kind of Dudley you are looking for. You want one that's like the ones in Philly. Like the cheesesteak. There is a place on Tacklebox that has good Dudley's run by Gill (Dude's), but they won't have the cheesesteak style. The thing is you won't find one like that in West Hoover at all or really anywhere in WM. A Dudley is different from the sandwiches you know and are accustomed to. It's more like a hoagie than a sub or a cheesesteak. A lot of people (MY FRIENDS!!!!) say it is better than a hoagie and if that's true than I say ALRIGHT! If you want to try one, I say try the TC and S on Country White. It's different than what you probably know hoagie-wise (ala cheesesteak, Philly, etc.) but you probably will find it good and good for you with a pickle! (LOL!) People around here are proud of the Dudley and think it holds up against the sub's and grinder's and hoagie's of other towns and other communities. I should make it clear that I've been to Philly and had a cheesesteak so the comparison I am making is not from out of the blue, my friend. And I mean it when I say my friend, because I think we'll be great friends.
